Solicitud de Aclaración de la T-628/12.
La memorialista solicita aclarar la sentencia de la referencia, respecto al lapso de tiempo referido en su parte resolutiva, donde se establece que de forma progresiva pero pronta, las madres comunitarias deben devengar al menos el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
Luego de reiterar que por regla general los fallos proferidos por la Corporación no son susceptibles de aclaración, la Sala de Revisión decide rechazar la solicitud impetrada
